Hotel was exquisite, we loved our stay.

Unbeatable location; best staff. The hotel was within walking distance of Florence downtown. The rooms were bright and well-designed. The staff did all they can for a really lovely stay. The breakfast was amazing, variety of outstanding food.

Marvellous breakfasts, extremely friendly staff.

First-class service in the centre of Florence. We truly enjoyed sitting at the terrace during breakfast. And it also had lovely view. The library bar was nice and the drinks were carbonated.

A really nice stay. Stylish room with comfy bed, marvellous breakfast with a great selection of outstanding food. Hotel was fairly clean. Amazing restaurants. I really enjoyed those guys, providing terrific service. Moreover, they had a private parking.
